| Welcome to the thrilling webpage about Bob Drake's Cabinet of Curiosities, the group I've put together to play my songs live onstage. The main members are: Bob Drake: guitar, vocals, violin and banjo. David Campbell: guitar, bass, and vocals. David Kerman: drums etc. Jason DuMars: saxophones and ? I love to keep things a little unpredictable, so there will be guest members as well depending on where we are playing and who might be available. So far the guests have included Olivier Tejedor, Lynnette Shelley, Arnie Swenson, Mike Johnson, Sharon Bradford, David Willey, and others. UPDATE, July 18 2008:The Cabinet of Curiosities will be doing a house show in Trevose PA on October 20 2008. Opening the thrilling evening of exciting socializing, music and snacks will be Cyndee Lee Rule. Cyndee will also be playing on a couple of tunes with the Cabinet.Being a livingroom show, space is extremely limited: we can allow 20 people. The cost is $20, we'll even provide chip-like snacks for all! You're welcome to bring our own beverages as well. As of now: July 18, 11:00 AM GMT+1, I'll take the first 20 emails (address below this paragraph) I receive with the subject "BD-VC Trevose Reservation", and send you the info about how to pay, and how to get to the show. |
